Press Releases: U.S.-Japan-Republic of Korea Trilateral Policy Planning Dialogue

Senior Policy Advisor to the Secretary of State and Director of Policy Planning Brian Hook will hold a trilateral meeting with Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs Deputy Minister for Foreign Policy Satoshi Suzuki and Republic of Korea (ROK) Ministry of Foreign Affairs Director General of the Policy Planning Bureau Ma Sang-Yoon in Washington, D.C. on July 19.

The three plan to exchange views and coordinate policy on a wide range of issues, including the evolving situation in North Korea.

Mr. Hook will also hold bilateral meetings with his Japanese and ROK counterparts while they are in Washington.
